3.5.3 your criminal record for the purposes of completing background checks necessary for you to be able to work with children to whom we provide some of our courses (on the basis such processing is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest under applicable laws).

9.2 Our server is situated in the UK and all of the data we collect though our site or when you correspond with us is stored on these servers.

9.3 Some of our external third parties are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA) so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the EEA.Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following SSL, TLS transfer solutions are implemented:
